Poderi Cellario
We are Fausto and Cinzia Cellario, we cultivate 13 hectares of vineyards and some hazelnut groves in the south-western part of the Langhe, Piedmont.
We strongly believe that our limestone land can give us unique wines, so we try to respect it completely, we like to be called "Dolcetto specialist!" from the vine that we mainly cultivate, tradition of the Langhe.

NASCETTA SE'
Variety: Nascetta 100%
The ancient semi-aromatic Nascetta vine (autochthonous of the Langa) brings out a bouquet of flowers, honey and mountain herbs in the red earth.
Vinification: in 25hl Allier oak barrels adds complexity to its characteristic sapidity
Characteristics: the evolution the nose evolves towards notes of hydrocarbons and flint and the mouth from fruity to salty. For this reason it has already been compared to the great white wines of the Rhine. Great aperitif, to be combined with raw fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
