NASCETTA RETREAT
An in-depth study customised to the specific characteristics of the group. Each winery visited is chosen to represent a particular expression of the Nascetta grape variety based on the environmental conditions in which it originates. The tour is articulated through the main villages of the Langhe, offering a complete overview for discovery and enrichment from a cultural and enogastronomic point of view.

PROGRAMME
DAY 1°
In the morning independent arrival in the Langhe area and personalized welcome gift.​

Division into dedicated theme teams and meeting with the guide for an in-depth introduction.
Departure for an e-bike tour through the hills of the Barolo side vineyards with a professional guide, following a designed path to retrace the peculiar nuances of the main grape variety: Nascetta.
​
Stop at the first winery for an introduction to the territory and start of group activities with sensory games and blindfolded tastings aimed to associate the variables of the vine with the playful-educational approach required by the corporate group protagonist..
​
Special tasting lunch in a unique, exclusively reserved location, with dedicated menu and branded centrepiece.
Afterwards, transfer to a biodynamic winery, brief presentation of the innovative techniques underpinning this method and treasure hunt activity with matching sensory tasting.

Time for check-in in a charming facility surrounded by vineyards with accommodation in a double room.

Dinner in the wine cellar with a menu curated by a private chef and wine pairing with focus on Nascetta and its different expressions.

Return to the facility and overnight stay.
PROGRAMME
DAY 2°
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.​

Guided tour of a winery in La Morra with special blindfolded tasting to analyse the organoleptic characteristics of each wine.
​
Farewell lunch in a typical osteria with a tasting menu - drinks not included.
​
Afternoon dedicated to relaxing activities (e.g. yoga/walk with photo stop/whirlpool bath) with final aperitif and prize-giving ceremony.
End of services.

Services are confirmed by us, so you do not need to show anything on arrival. However, we do ask you to notify the facilities directly in case of any delays or unforeseen events along the way that prevent you from arriving on time for your appointments.

Customers are required to notify any intolerances upon receipt of the above programme by email.

The menu may be subject to slight variations from what is indicated, depending on the availability and freshness of raw materials.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the programme sent by email. The balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the activities.
* * In the event of cancellation LOVELANGHE TOUR S.R.L. shall apply the following penalties, to be calculated on the total price of the services:
- 0% until 30 days prior to the start date of the services or until the down payment invoice is issued 30%
- 30% from the issue of the down payment invoice
- 100% if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the service.
If the confirmation of the service (acquired by written e-mail) and simultaneously the issuing of the invoice occurs less than 3 days before the service, 30% shall be withheld in the event of cancellation.​​
