Grape variety: Nascetta
Winemaking: Manual harvest in the first half of September. Soft and slow pressing. Slow and gradual fermentation at 16° C to preserve the full-scented fruity aromas. For the same reason bottling occurs as soon as possible, after 5 months decantation in stainless-steel vats “sur lie”. Best drunk: Up to 36 months after the harvest.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C (45–50 °F)
