Osvaldo Viberti

Back in the early Nineties, Osvaldo Viberti decided to take on the farm which was an heritage from his grandparents Assunta and Tistin.  Nowadays Osvaldo leads his farm, with the valuable help of his wife Carla and their sons Anna and Paolo.

Soil: composition: clay-chalk-sand

Vine training system: guyot

Harvest: towards the end of September

Vinification: the must is fermented from seven to ten days at controlled temperatures between 18°-20°; élevage in stainless steel tanks for several months and bottling towards May-June.
